GT-7033-N
Spray Tester
The GT-7033-N is specifically designed to determine the resistance of shoe uppers, whether with or without a water-repellent finish, to wetting by water.
This instrument is not suitable for determining the water permeability of shoe uppers, nor for predicting the rainwater penetration resistance of fabrics.
By spraying a prescribed volume of distilled or deionized water onto a shoe upper specimen secured at an angle of 45° on a support and comparing its appearance using a standard ratings scale, the resistance to wetting can be evaluated.
Quality assurance:Offers precise capability to assess shoe upper resistance to wetting, assisting manufacturers in maintaining product quality during production processes.
Consistent testing and comparison:Ensures reliable comparison between different specimens, facilitating accurate decision-making in both R&D and quality assurance processes.
Reliability:Provides reliable and consistent test results that accurately reflect the wetting resistance of shoe uppers in real-world scenarios.
Easy operation:The user-friendly design of the GT-7033-N makes spray testing straightforward, minimizing the possibility of human error.
Wide applicability:Well-suited for evaluating the resistance to wetting across various types of shoe uppers, particularly for waterproof materials.
Standard-compliance design:Ensures that products meet industry standards and satisfy quality expectations in the market.
