The M-AS18 is a compact and automated sample feeding system designed specifically for Gotech's moving die rheometers. Featuring sophisticated components such as a robotic arm and photoelectric sensors, the M-AS18 system automates the process of feeding samples into moving die rheometers for curing and automatically removes the post-test samples after each test. By utilizing the M-AS18 system, the need for manual intervention is significantly minimized.

PRINCIPLE: The M-AS18 automatic sample feeding system utilizes sophisticated electronic components to fully automate the sample feeding process for curing tests. It precisely places samples at the designated position based on its preset program and uses integrated photoelectric sensors to ensure each sample is correctly positioned, guaranteeing consistency and reliability throughout the curing process. After each test is complete, the M-AS18 system automatically removes the post-test samples and prepares for the next test.
