Fix Appliance (plug, hair-dryer, vacuum cleaners, .......etc.) on the rotary plate of this tester and face cord`s exit to the center on the rotary plate, pull down cord vertically and hang a weight on cord, preset bending sped/torque angle / testing times, then start to bend cord till tester stop automatically for checking damage degree of sheathing and breakage rate.
