Flexible cable flexing tester

The tester is used to determine the flexibility of rubber-insulated cord. Cut off a 5m-length specimen and wind the middle of it over the specified two pulleys then apply the loads onto the both ends of the specimen. The pulleys are driven to and fro at the speed of 0.33m/s over a 1m stroke to reciprocally flex the specimen. When the specimen breaks down or the preset times are reached, the tester will stop automatically. Then, take off the specimen and assess its flexibility.
