This machine is used to test the strength of torsional rupture for various metal wires and their insulation shields as well. The specimen is clamped by a fixed grip at one end and by a moveable grip at the other end. Then, the driving moveable grip rotates the specimen continuously till it’s fractured. record the cycles of rotation.
