GT-7012-ADF
Non Marking Tester
The GT-7012-ADF is specifically designed to determine the non-marking performance of both shoe outsoles and rubber materials.
To conduct the assessment, the test specimen is dropped and swung across a specific friction board. The test result is determined by checking if the specimen leaves any marks after being tested four times.
PRINCIPLE: The GT-7012-ADF is specifically designed to determine the non-marking performance of both shoe outsoles and rubber materials against friction.
WIDE APPLICABILITY: Well-suited to assess the non-marking characteristics of materials such as shoe outsoles and rubber materials.
ADJUSTABILITY: Featuring adjustable structure, the GT-7012-ADF allows operators to set specimens at appropriate position for testing.
EASY INSTALLATION: Offers a quick procedure of specimen installation, enabling operators to easily install specimens.
NON-MARKING ASSESSMENT: The friction board provides a standardized and controlled contact surface, allowing operators to inspect any marks left by the specimens.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Enables manufacturers to verify product quality in accordance with specific testing requirements.
PRODUCT DESIGN IMPROVEMENT: Provides valuable insights into the non-marking performance of materials, assisting manufacturers in improving material design and selection during research and development processes.
