GT-7072-A
Leather-Cracking Tester
The GT-7072-A is specifically designed to determine the cracking resistance of materials such as light leather and footwear upper materials.
This instrument utilizes a steel ball to press against the inner side of specimen upward at constant speed. The applied force and distension are then measured when cracks appear in the grain.
PRINCIPLE: The leather-cracking tester is specifically designed to determine the cracking resistance of materials such as light leather and footwear upper materials. During the leather cracking test, while the rim of the specimen is held, a steel ball is utilized to press against the inner side of specimen upward at constant speed of 12mm/min. The applied force and distension are then measured when cracks appear in the grain.
WIDE MATERIAL APPLICATIONS: Well-suited for leather cracking assessment across various materials, including footwear upper materials and light leather.
SPECIALIZED CLAMP: Test specimen is held securely in place using a specialized clamp to ensure that force is applied uniformly during testing.
STEEL BALL FORCE APPLICATION:
Utilizes a steel ball to apply uniform pressure to the specimen, simulating the real-world force application.
PRECISE SPEED CONTROL: Distend specimen at speed of 12mm/min, ensuring standardized test procedure and comparability.
GRAIN CRACK TESTING: Records both the applied force and the height of distension related to grain crack, allowing operators to evaluate the resistance of leather to cracking.
EASY OPERATION: Features intuitive interface and straightforward operation, the leather-cracking tester enables operators to conduct leather cracking tests effortlessly.
HIGH EFFICIENCY: Enhances both work and production efficiency using efficient and quick testing procedures.
STANDARD CONFORMITY: Ensures that products meet industry standards and satisfy quality expectations in the market.
