GT-7049-RE
Compression Set Apparatus
The GT-7049-RE is designed to assess both the compression set and resilience of rubber materials.
After specimens positioned between two plates are compressed under a specific pressure for a given time, they are removed for recovery and their center thickness is measured to calculate the compression set percentage.
PRINCIPLE: The GT-7049-RE measures the resilience performance of shoe soles and midsoles when subjected to a certain pressure for a given time. Specimens are positioned between two plates and compressed under a specific pressure for a given time at standard laboratory temperature. They are then removed for recovery, and their center thickness is measured to calculate the compression set percentage.
WIDE COMPATABILITY: Well-suited for a wide variety of rubber products such as shoe soles, shoe midsoles, sealing, and washers.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Designed to assess the resilience property of rubber materials, ensuring the product quality meet the expected performance.
STANDARDIZED METHOD: Enables manufacturers to standardize test methods that lead to consistency and comparability in production processes.
PRODUCT DESIGN IMPROVEMENT: Provides valuable information that enables manufacturers to optimize product design and material selection.
STANDARD CONFORMITY: Ensures that products meet industry standards and satisfy quality expectations in the market.
