GT-7011-SWN2
Shoe Bending Waterproofness Tester
The GT-7011-SWN2 is specifically designed to assess the resistance of footwear to water penetration under flexing.
To conduct the water penetration test, this instrument utilizes steel balls as the water detection medium and sensitivity-adjustable detector to determine water penetration.
PRINCIPLE: The GT-7011-SWN2 is specifically designed to assess the resistance of footwear to water penetration under flexing. This instrument utilizes steel balls as the water detection medium and sensitivity-adjustable detector to determine water penetration. During the test, the test specimen placed in a water bath is flexed at a specified angle and speed. Upon detecting water penetration, this instrument will automatically stop the test and drain the water.
APPLICATION: Well-suited to assess the water penetration resistance of footwear under water exposure and flexing.
PRECISE DETECTION SYSTEM: Utilizes steel balls as a sensing medium and sensitivity-adjustable sensors to precisely detect water penetration, ensuring test precision and accuracy during testing.
DYNAMIC AND STATIC TESTING: Performs both water penetration tests under static conditions and simulates dynamic walking under water exposure.
FLEXIBLE ECCENTRIC WHEEL ADJUSTMENT: The eccentric wheel structure enables operators to adjust the test angle as needed.
TIMING AND COUNTING CAPABILITY: Offers both timer and counter functions, helping operators track the sample's condition over time and during flexing cycles.
