Shoe Flexing Tester

The GT-7011-PNA is specifically designed to assess the flexing strength of finished shoes.
While a clamp secures the toecap in place, a rotational platform beneath the shoe specimen applies constant-speed movement to flex the specimen. When a specific angle is reached, the applied force is measured.


PRINCIPLE: The GT-7011-PNA is specifically designed to assess the flexing strength of finished shoes. As the test specimen is flexed to a specific angle, the applied force is measured.

FORCE TRANSDUCER SUPPORT: The force transducer mounted on the rotational plate directly detects the applied force to the test specimen during flexing.

ACCURATE TEST DATA: Utilizes high-precision encoder to detect and monitor the angle during test, ensuring accurate test data.

CONSTANT-SPEED FLEXING: Precisely flexes shoe specimen at a constant speed, simulating its deformed condition during use.

SECURE TOCAP CLAMP: The specialized toecap clamp ensures secure clamping of the specimen, guaranteeing test precision and repeatability. 

DATA STORAGE: Records test data to assist operators in conducting further analysis.
