GT-7012-ADD
Shoe Walking Tester
The GT-7012-ADD is specifically designed to assess the abrasion of footwear ranging in size from 25 to 45.
This instrument accurately replicates abrasion under real-world walking scenarios.
PRINCIPLE: The GT-7012-ADD is specifically designed to assess the abrasion of footwear. To secure the footwear, a foot form is utilized for mounting, and then it is attached to the leg of the walking tester. During the test, the forepart of the footwear specimen is in contact with the paving surface for cyclic walking while the surface rotates incrementally. The performance of the footwear against abrasion is evaluated upon completion of a total of 12,000 cycles.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Assists manufacturers in ensuring and maintaining sufficient abrasion resistance in footwear products.
PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT: Provides valuable insights into the footwear's ability to resist abrasion during walking, verifying whether they can withstand abrasion in real-world scenarios.
RELIABILITY PREDICTION: By performing cyclic walking simulation, this instrument helps manufacturers predict the service life of footwear products in actual use.
PRODUCT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT: Assisting manufacturers in improving product design and material selection during research and development.
MARKET COMPETITIVENESS: To ensure the competitiveness of footwear products in the market, abrasion resistance stands as one of the crucial factors consumers consider when making their purchase decisions.
CUSTOMER SATISFICATION: By simulating and assessing the performance of footwear in real-world usage scenarios beforehand, manufacturers can increase customer satisfaction and minimize complaints.
STANDARD CONFORMITY: Ensures that products meet industry standards and satisfy quality expectations in the market.
