Shoe Steel Shank Fatigue Resistance Tester

The GT-7050-A is specifically designed to assess the fatigue resistance of steel shanks used in shoes.
The test specimens are reciprocated under a specified load during fatigue tests. Once the predetermined number of cycles is reached or upon specimen failure, this instrument will stop running.


PRINCIPLE: Designed to assess the fatigue resistance of footwear steel shanks, this instrument fixes the ends of the specimen and applies a force of 49 ± 2 N to the upper jaw, causing the clamped steel shank to reciprocate. The number of cycles at which the specimen fails provides valuable insights into its fatigue resistance.
