Taber Type Abrasion Tester

The GT-7012-T is specifically designed for conducting abrasion tests on materials such as cloth, paper, coating, plywood, leather, and rubber.
During a Taber abrasion test, the specimen is rotated under constant speed and rubbed against abrasive wheels until a predetermined number of cycles is reached. The abrasive particles generated during the test can be removed by the equipped vacuum cleaner.
